Hello Sunday

Hello Sunday!
Don't you just love Sunday?

Our Sunday's in the winter are always interrupted with sport...it can really eat into family time, especially when Saturday is Basketball day for all three creatures.

Today was a less busy Sunday as the footballer was at a scout camp, it was a full Sunday, a wonderful Sunday even with a crew member missing.

We popped into a local market. Miss M scored some doll's clothes and the rest of the tribe got chocolate caramel slice. Not me, I am doing weight watchers.

Mr G found some David Jones vouchers he forgot he had and gave them to me. Yay!
Then we realised we needed a new iron.
I felt obligated to offer up my newly acquired vouchers for the iron.
Mr G accepted them. (insert deeply disappointed face).
We bought new iron with vouchers.
But then I found a gorgeous new green dress! (insert happy face!)

Then we spent time sipping tea and joking around, relaxing.

Ango returned from his scout camp. All reunited. Mr G made his famous spag bol.
We are all sorted for the coming week that marks the beginning of term 3.

Lunches made, kisses goodnight, munchkins all tucked in.
Snuggle on down for Downton Abbey. Yeah, happy Sunday.

It sounds like you had a lovely weekend. Luckily for us all our sport falls on Saturday leaving Sundays free and empty. This week marks the return to routine for us too as school returns. The kids are sad but I am secretly looking forward to the return of order!
